Where can i work while going back to school? - yoga retail

Recently, I decided to return to school, a yoga teacher. Since I work in retail for 16 years, and I can not bear it. Well I started my classes, I would devote more time and energy to my studies and personal improvement. My schedule is crazy, and the company I work does not allow for more consistency, then I had to become increasingly not enough. I need suggestions where to work fewer hours, but still the stability of the financial system. Or how about a better balance, training, school, work, husband and family. Friends would be nice, but I think that's asking a lot! Help!
