I Need to Seal a Home Built Trailer! HELP PLEASE!? - home built trailer ontario

Okay everyone, I need your help. We bought a home built trailer and timber framed house. The wood is covered with 6 million vinyl. When the plates together, we get the water, I tried all sorts of things on the label, but nothing seems to work. I have tried to "expand Great Stuff" insulation, silicone band and the roof. Please help need to stay dry. I am willing to try anything. Thank you in advance.
