I started a new website on http://www.wikijob.co.uk. It's been a few months online. Very heavy traffic from Google, but only a trickle of Yahoo, AOL and MSN Live.
Traffic from Google has a trickle, and then one day, and a few weeks skyrocketed, and stayed there.
