Hello,
I have a (I think), combi-boiler in the kitchen, which has a timer that has the three water pipes, electricity and an exhaust pipe connected thingy. I also have a large pool of copper in the bath (immersion?) Is forever Who! I can not be disabled! There is a switch for this and result in a black plastic cylinder that is attached to the top of the dive (probably). To enable or disable has no effect. There are many cables and pipes, plastic containers and vertically in the pipe.
Obviously, this reading is you can see that I do not know, heater, but must agree with the hot water tank every time, which cost a fortune. How can I disable?

Your bottle with hot water is heated by both the boiler and water heater. So the change of the heater on the wall will not prevent heat the cylinder.
I suggest changing the water heater.
You must have a timer on your heating system. Turn the hot water for a day and see what happens.
