I bought a CVA Wolf muzzleloader. It came with the exception of the 4-5 secondary in metal cylinders mounted .. It complements the buttocks? If yes, which requires installation. Thanks

I have a CVA Wolf and the metal cylinder is the correct key cylinder.
This weapon is in the box ready to use, requires no installation.

You have to buy used.
Without seeing the weapon and / or a metal cylinder could not say it.
There must be a manual. If not get one too.
The bolts can be removed, and the key should have come with the gun. Are you sure that this is not the key?
Who are not familiar with the wolf ....... is an arm-lock on this page?
